Welcome to the home of Digital Marketing & Website Design. As standard, all clients receive access to our Client Portal. This is key to our mission of communication, ensuring both us and our clients are fully informed of the work, we are doing in promoting their businesses.
As part of our Onboarding Process, we require a Onboarding Form. After we receive this form, we will Create a Business Wide Account, this will give you access to our Account's and Online Billing System, Client Portal, Meta for Business and Marketing Materials via our Client Portal, along with other support and third-party applications.
On Completion of the Onboarding Process, you will receive two emails.
The first email will be from our Account's and Billing Department providing you with a username and password to gain access.
The Second Email will be confirming access to our Company-Wide Portal. This is done via a Google/Gmail Account. If you don't have an active Google account, please contact us, to arrange one to be set up using our G Suite Package.
This is the last part of the Onboarding Process, All we require is a simple signature for a contract tailored to our agreement. This can be done electronically or manually. Please note that no work will commence until a fully completed agreement is signed and dated by CraigMillar. & You.
Congratulations! You are now a client of ours, take advantage of all resources, services and products, that come with your package. We now only require access to some sensitive information. This must be done via our Fully Encrypted Communication Tool. (This will be explained in Part 2 - Connect). Once this is done, feel free to Upload Content and tell us any important information or upcoming events.
Client Safety & Security is at the heart of our work. We use Google Accounts to ensure that all Data is protected and secured via Google's Two Factor Authentication. We ask all clients to Create a Google Account. You can create one, via the link below. The best way to use our system is to use Google Chrome, this way, you are automatically logged into our system, and will not be required to sign in, to access your Data.
